Chair Based Exercises

Research shows us that exercise is important as we get older. It has so many benefits including

– Reducing pain
– Improving your mobility
– Reducing your risk of falls and balance problems
– Improving your mood

However many people become less active as they get older. Many of our clients tell us they find the idea of a gym intimidating. The video below gives a great example of how exercise can be fun, effective and safe.
