How to raise a concern
The management at Severn Physiotherapy take issues relating to safety and conduct seriously, and will always ensure any issues raised will be dealt with as sensitively as possible
- Where possible, in the first instance your concern should be raised to one of the directors, Skye Ramell or Kelly Steed (details below)
- Details of your concern should be given in writing, with the appropriate level of detail
- All concerns will be dealt with as confidentially as possible. However, there may be instances where others may need to be made aware, either to ensure accurate information, or to address safeguarding concerns
- The director will then respond to your concern in writing, outlining the actions that will be taken; it may be necessary to discuss further with you to ensure the management have accurate information
- If you do not feel comfortable raising your concern to the directors, or you do not feel you have received a satisfactory response, you can contact Speak Up Direct or Protect (details below)
