Non-Executive Director for Severn Community Therapy CIC

With over two decades in the NHS, including senior roles in urgent and emergency care, I bring strategic leadership, governance insight, and a strong commitment to community health. My experience leading transformation programmes across the Ambulance Service and integrated care systems has equipped me to support Severn Community Therapy CIC’s mission to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to older adults.

I’ve worked extensively with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, and voluntary sector partners to improve care pathways for frailty, dementia, and end-of-life care—key areas for the CIC. I understand the challenges of delivering care in complex environments and can offer strategic challenge, support with stakeholder engagement, and guidance on quality assurance and risk.

I’m passionate about reducing health inequalities and enabling people to live well at home. As a non-executive director, I’ll help the CIC grow sustainably while staying true to its values of compassion, dignity, and community empowerment.
