Xanthe qualified as a physiotherapist in 2021 from the University of West of England and has been working as a community physiotherapist in North Somerset and Bristol for 3 years. A short time qualified but has gained a wealth of experience working in various community roles and can assess and treat a wide range of problems and conditions such as falls, frailty, dementia, osteoarthritis, other muscular and joint aches and pains, pre and post operative rehab, managing breathlessness for respiratory conditions and neurological rehabilitation for conditions like Parkinson’s disease and stroke.
Xanthe has now specialised in stroke physiotherapy, helping people to achieve their goals and support them to live well following their stroke.
She is kind, caring and friendly and really takes the time to listen to her patients and understand what is important to them. She will always work at the pace of a person and encourage them to progress when they are ready, all whilst making physiotherapy sessions enjoyable and fun.
