We want every client to have a positive experience. If something hasn't gone right, we'd like to know so we can put it right.

Informal route

If your concern can be resolved with a verbal discussion, please speak to your therapist or one of the partners:

Formal route

If you would prefer to raise a formal complaint, please email one of the partners above with the details and we will acknowledge within 5 working days and respond within 20 working days.
