Appointments and treatment

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Our therapists are registered with the HCPC and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We will conduct an assessment before commencing treatment and may refer you to another healthcare professional if we believe it is in your best interest.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed at the time of booking and are payable upon completion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or invoice where pre-agreed.

Liability

We carry professional indemnity insurance and take all reasonable care in the delivery of our services. We do not exclude or limit liability for negligence causing death or personal injury. Our liability is otherwise limited to the fee paid for the appointment in question.
