Kelly Steed and Skye Rammel run Severn Physiotherapy which provides home visits for patients.
They previously worked in NHS community care and say the waits of up to 20 weeks for some patients inspired them to help.
The business partners have now established a service to take fee-paying patients off the waiting list for rehabilitation or provide care until they are able to begin NHS treatment.
Physiotherapy for mobility and respiratory issues can be given as well as sports, remedial and pregnancy massage.
The service is currently offered in North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire but there are plans to expand.
Kelly and Skye are also aiming to compete clinical commissioning group community contracts.
