Welcome Holly Rehabilitation Physiotherapist.
After qualifying from Cardiff University in 2018, Holly Bluck has worked in a variety of settings, including Bristol Royal Infirmary, South Bristol Community Hospital and within the community in North Somerset. After developing an interest in working with older adults with complex needs, Holly became the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist within a specialist neuropsychiatric hospital. Within this role, Holly has worked closely with a range of clients with significant neurological and mental health conditions including dementia, stroke and brain injuries. Holly enjoys supporting clients with complex presentations to achieve their goals in holistic and creative ways.
Holly has extensive experience in working with clients with communication difficulties and challenging behaviours, working closely with relatives and friends to break down barriers to rehabilitation and supporting individuals to achieve physical and social goals. Holly also has a keen interest in falls prevention and management, qualifying as a manual handling trainer and acting as the chairperson of falls steering groups with the aim to develop clinical practice in order to meet with best practice guidelines. Holly is happy to work with a range of clients and is passionate about helping others to maximise their quality of life!
